From June 15 to July 9, Yerasyl Dulatbay, «International cooperation department» chief specialist, completed an educational course at Hebrow University in Jerusalem (Israel). The topic of the course is «Nutrition of the Future: food safety and technology in a time of global change».
– During the training, we studied the accounting of food additives in the diet of an adult, standards and legislation of European countries, biological and chemical hazards of food products, expiration dates and labeling requirements. Projects were defended at the end of the course. Everything was organized at a high level. Thanks to Zhangir khan university, the Israeli Embassy and the Mashav program for this opportunity, – said Yerasyl Altaevich.
