On September 14, 2019 the regional forum on investment and digitalization Digital In West. Took place in Uralsk at the forum special attention was paid to the creation and development of an innovative ecosystem for digitalization of society, state and business. It was attended by domestic and foreign investors. The forum was organized on the basis of the Ural Transformer Plant and began with IT projects exhibition of export-oriented producers of the region and forum participants. The exhibition presents the products of about 30 local enterprises and 15 IT projects of the republic. At the forum plenary meeting, Head of the region Gali Iskaliyev  has presented projects implemented in the region within the framework of digitalization.

  The forum was also attended by the teaching staff of the Zhangir Khan West Kazakhstan agrarian and technical University. After that the forum participants were divided into several sections and discussed in more detail the work in various areas. Modern effective programs of digitalization in the field of power engineering and production of cables-wires are used in LLP "Oral cable" on different technologies. Thereby it can be noted that the local production of modern electrical equipment is a great achievement for us.

The Kick-off-Meeting of the project Erasmus+ 609757-EPP-1-2019-1-RS-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP "Dual Education for Industrial Automatization and Robotics in Kazakhstan/DIARKAZ" (DIARKAZ) was held on the basis of Kostanay engineering and economics university named after M.Dulatov, Kostanay, February 4-5, 2020.

The project is coordinated by the University of Novi Sad (Republic of Serbia).

The whole consortium of the project, including representatives of the following partner institutions participated in the meeting:

         - University of Novi Sad;

         - Kostanay engineering and economics university named after M. Dulatov;

         - Innovative University of Eurasia;

         - Zhangir Khan West Kazakhstan Agrarian-Technical University;

         - FH Joanneum Gesellschaft M.B.H (Austria);

         - Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (German);

         - LLP SaryarkaAvtoProm.

From our University, teaching staff of two higher schools - information technology and mechanical engineering-participated in this project. Representatives of the above-mentioned higher schools (G. A. Kamalova, L. B. Diyarova, K. A. Narikov), as well as the head of the international cooperation Department, Z. Kh. Sultanova, took part in the launch meeting of the project.

The main goal of the project funded by Erasmus+ is to increase the potential for industrial automation and robotics in Kazakhstan by introducing dual education.

At the first meeting, organizational issues related to signing a partnership agreement, defining a quality control plan for the project, and developing a dual training program for PAR (industrial automation and robotics) were considered and discussed.

Dual training, as European practice shows (Austria, Germany), is a product of close cooperation between educational institutions and employers for successful professional and social adaptation of a future specialist.

This project is expected to introduce dual training for industrial automation with a European orientation in Kazakhstan.  Within the framework of the project the teaching staff of Zhangir khan WKATU will have an opportunity to undergo an internship in the universities of Austria and Germany, which are leaders of dual education in Europe. The result of the project will be the introduction of dual educational program in WKATU, including internship and training at work. 

Thus, the introduction of dual education involves a significant change in the organization of the educational process, which is based on a rational combination of theoretical training and extended practice at enterprises and organizations.

Author of more than 200 scientific and methodological publications, including 10 monographs and over 150 scientific articles, 7 of which were published in Scopus-indexed international journals. Her Hirsch Index (Scopus) is 6.

She is the leader and participant of numerous research and grant projects, including the applied study “Economic Assessment of the Impact of Wild Animal (Saiga) Populations on Agriculture and Ways to Reduce Damage,” which has practical importance for the sustainable development of Kazakhstan’s agricultural sector.

For her high professionalism, initiative, and significant contribution to the development of national science and higher education, Aigul Mamaevna Kazambayeva has been awarded several prestigious state and departmental honors, including: “Best Worker in the Field of Agriculture” (2025), “Best Manager in Higher and Postgraduate Education” (2023), “For Merits in the Development of Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (2019), “Best University Teacher” (2014), “Honored Worker of Education” (2010), and “Excellent Worker of the University” (2013).

Deputy Chairman of the Board-Rector, Vice-Rector for Science. Doctor of Biological Sciences, Member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Over the years, he has worked as a Junior Researcher at the Department of Animal Husbandry and Breeding of KazNAU; Head of the Laboratory for Livestock Production Technology and Feed Analysis at KazNAU (Almaty); Expert and later Head of a Department at the National Institute of Intellectual Property (Patent Office) (Astana); Manager for Scientific and Technical Activity Analysis at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan “KazAgroInnovation” (Astana); Chairman of the Board of the Ministry of Agriculture JSC “Republican Center for Livestock Breeding ‘Asyl Tulik’” (Astana); and Acting General Director of the LLP “Scientific and Innovation Center for Animal Husbandry” (Astana).

Author of more than 120 scientific works, including 4 monographs, 3 textbooks, 12 recommendations, over 15 articles indexed in Web of Science and Scopus databases, as well as 33 patents (including 18 for breeding achievements). Research interests include dairy and beef cattle breeding, horse breeding, animal breeding, selection, genetics, and biotechnology.

He serves as the scientific supervisor and performer of more than 20 research projects funded through program-targeted and grant-based financing.

Recipient of the medals “25 Years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan” and “30 Years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan”; badges of honor “Excellence in Agriculture,” “For Contribution to the Development of Science,” “For Impeccable Service in the Protection of Wildlife”; Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan; and trade union badges “Labor Glory” of I, II, and III degrees from the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Candidate of agricultural sciences, associate professor, member of the scientific expert group of the APK for the West Kazakhstan region.  Over the years, he worked as the head of the «Department of marketing and management», deputy dean of the faculty of economics.
